ARROWROOT SOUP
Ingredients
Arrowroot ( cut and cubed, Adjust accordingly)
Dried oysters (5, rinsed)
Dried dates (3, rinsed and de-seeded)
Dried cuttlefish (1/2, rinse and skin removed and bone removed)
Pork bones
Directions
Boil the pork bones until blood no longer seeps out
Add them to a pot
Add dried ingredients and cubed arrowroot
Boil for at least an hour
Season
