3: Easy to do but hard to prefect. Good for practice and if you're not fussed with achieving a 10/10
4: Intermediate. Steps in the recipe can be a bit finicky and requires you to learn some cooking technique.
5: If you're an insane person. Following the recipe means nothing unless you have a very good grasp of cooking techniques already.
Time
Fast: can be whipped up very quickly for a weekday meal
Medium. Some planning and prep needed in advance but still doable if you want to satisfy a craving and are willing to spend a bit of time
Bake: medium cooking time but you leave it in an oven/airfryer to finish
Slow: takes a long time to cook but can be left alone for long periods of time. Usually soups and stews
Intensive: Takes a long time and you can't leave it alone. Not a lot of break time in between steps. Generally recipes that are great for when you have help. A good estimate of how long this will take if making by yourself is 2hr minimum
