CHILLI BEAN SQUID
Ingredients
Squid, sliced to tentacle length
Sliced chilli
Sliced garlic
Seasonings
Hong Fan Tian Pickled Chopped Chilli with fermented beans
(dominant profile, liberally)
Sugar (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Directions
Fry Garlic and Chilli in oil until aromatic
Add squid
Immediately add the seasonings as squid cooks quickly
Once squid done, turn off heat and serve
